The Scottish Wildlife Trust
For over 50 years, the Scottish Wildlife Trust has worked in pursuit of its vision of healthy, resilient ecosystems across Scotland’s land and seas. The Trust successfully champions the cause of wildlife through policy and campaigning work, demonstrates best practice through practical conservation and innovative partnerships, and inspires people to take positive action through its education and engagement activities. The Trust manages a network of 120 wildlife reserves across Scotland, which you can visit if you should be able to come to Scotland.
In addition to becoming a member and making a one time donation, they also have an option that allows you to ‘adopt’ an animal. For £19.99 GBP (or £18 if you don’t want the pack – which includes a stuffed toy), you can adopt a red squirrel, seal, puffin, or one of a variety of other animals needing support in Scotland.
